- Check that all your cable connections are tight.

Reboot your PAR Pay Terminal
- Hold the Yellow button and the # key at the same time. You will see a message that says rebooting device.

Do a hard reboot of the POS
- Hold the power button down until the blue light on the front of the POS goes out.
- Restart the POS
- When the POS comes back online, hit the PAR Pay button on the main screen
