PAR Pay Price Increase
After much negotiation, PAR is raising the price of its PAR Pay services, effective May 1, 2023. We managed to keep PAR from charging on a transactional basis to a flat fee for at least the next year through June 30, 2024.

PAR is now including Advanced Exchange for all PAR Pay devices, what this means for our franchisees; when called in prior to 1pm EST, PAR will provide replacements for down PAR Pay devices, next business day, similar to how Advanced Exchange works for the POS.

To provide this additional service, PAR felt a price increase was necessary. The cost will go from $30/mth per shop to $50/mth per shop regardless of the number of devices. PAR wanted a per transaction fee that we just didn't feel would serve our franchisees appropriately, so we worked to get this flat rate. This cost still remains very low overall for the industry.

We understand that this is an unwelcome change but are confident it will help mitigate the frustration of long wait times for a PAR Pay device to be returned from Aurus.
