If you are not using a fingerprint reader - you are opening your shop up to theft.  Theft of time, labor, money.  

If you are using 4-digit pin numbers for your employees to access the POS, make sure the employees do not share their pin #s. We like to assign the last 4 digits of their SSN number in the hopes that they realize that it is important enough not to share.
