200.1 General Rule
- All Franchisees, Managers, and Employees must dress professionally and appropriately during business hours.
- No slogans, brands, logos, buttons, or colors representing political, controversial, or personal beliefs are permitted.
- Only authorized Mr. Pickle’s uniforms are allowed.
200.2 Franchisee/Manager
- Franchisee/Owners:
- May wear the Mr. Pickle’s logo on any solid-color polo or dress shirt (logo on upper left chest).
- May wear black, khaki, or blue slacks, denim jeans, or shorts in black, blue denim or khaki with no rips or holes (must have belt loops, shorts no higher than 2 inches above knee).
- All other employee uniform rules apply.
- Managers:
- May wear black polo shirts purchased through the Pickle Gear Shop.
- All other employee uniform rules apply.
200.3 Employee Uniform Standards
Shirts
- Approved Mr. Pickle’s Sandwich uniform shirts only (clean, wrinkle-free, in good repair).
- Promotional Mr. Pickle’s shirts purchased from the Pickle Gear Shop allowed with MPFS approval.
Pants/Shorts
- Clean, full-length black pants or jeans (properly fitted, no holes or fraying).
- Clean shorts (no shorter than 2” above the knee) in blue denim or black (properly fitted, no holes or fraying).
- Not allowed: yoga pants, leggings, capris, exercise pants, or cargo pants.
- Plain black belt with standard buckle permitted.
Hats/Visors
- Only Mr. Pickle’s logo hats/visors, worn forward.
Tattoos
- Visible tattoos allowed if on arms/hands, not excessive (e.g., not full sleeves), and not offensive.
- Inappropriate tattoos must be covered in guest-visible areas.
Jewelry & Piercings
- Allowed: rings and stud earrings without stones.
- Must comply with all local health guidelines.
Undershirts
- If long sleeves, it must fit snugly at the arms for safety.
- Must be tucked in, no visible logos/emblems.
Shoes & Socks
- Non-slip, closed-toe shoes required.
- Colored shoes and Crocs are allowed if closed toe.
- Socks must be worn at all times.
Hair & Facial Hair
- Hair is neat, clean, and tied up away from face/eyes.
- Shoulder-length or longer hair must be restrained under a uniform hat.
- Facial hair must be neatly trimmed.
Nails
- Must be clean and trimmed.
- Must conform to local health guidelines and not interfere with sandwich making.
Perfume
- Perfume/cologne must be worn lightly so it does not interfere with guests or food safety.
Accommodation
- Religious accommodation will be considered with written documentation.
Promotional Apparel
- All logoed apparel must be purchased through the Pickle Gear Shop.
Right to Revise
- MPFS reserves the right to modify, revise, or eliminate this policy at its sole discretion.
