Hot Sandwich Builds

1. Sauce/Bacon/Meat/Cheese is built on the bottom bread
2. Both sides of the sandwich toasted, the top should always be dry
3. Veggies built on the bottom on top of bacon/meat/cheese - lettuce first, tomato, onion, pickle, pepperoncini
4. Mayo, mustard, garlic, and avocado are built on top bread.

Cold Sandwich Builds

1. Bacon goes under the meat, same as hot sandwiches
2. Veggies built on top of bacon/meat/cheese - lettuce first, tomato, onion, pickle, pepperoncini
3. Mayo on both sides, but the top will have mayo, mustard, garlic, and avocado.
