Refunding in PAR Ordering for native Online Orders (through our website) and Mr. Pickle's App Orders.

You begin by logging into PAR Ordering at: PAR Ordering

On the left hand-side click on Orders:

You can search for orders using Email which all online and app orders will have.  

You can find email address in the Brink backend by searching under Orders and then customer's name.

You can refund all:

• Mobile App orders 
• Web App orders

under the Channel category
