How can I provide feedback about my DoorDash delivery/dasher experience?
• You can rate your dasher and overall delivery experience by navigating to your DoorDash Merchant Portal and selecting "Deliveries". Here, you can find the delivery you wish to provide feedback for and select "Rate" next to the dasher's name.
• If you need to report a dasher for another reason, please submit a Support Case via the Merchant Portal Help option in the left panel.
DO NOT change your Menu Items and their modifiers or your DoorDash system will suffer a failure.
