You can email: paymentservices@partech.com with your request.
They need the following information from you:
- MID:
- Date of Transaction:
- Last 4#s of Card:
- Request (i.e. Refund; Adjust Tip):
- Amount of Original Transaction:
- Amount of (Refund or Tip):

You can log into the Aurus Portal and use the virtual terminal for your shop Virtual Terminal Login

For Cash Tips:
You can add a cash tip to the POS by going to the Manager menu and on the left-hand side you will see:
